Electronic Crime Needs Assessment for State and Local Law Enforcement

Cyberterrorism and electronic crime, along with what law enforcement needs to combat it, are assessed in this national study. Leading representatives report on State and local perspectives; types of electronic crime and investigative needs, system vulnerability and critical infrastructure, forensic evidence collection and analysis, legal issues and prosecution, and training. Also analyzed are the most prevalent targets, offenders, and motives behind this type of crime.
